Abstract
Nowadays,growth and development of high-rise building are evident in most metropolises and large cities and has brought a lot of negative and positive impacts. The wide effect of these buildings on the urban space are clearly observable. In the meantime,one of the effective aspects of high-rise building is the impact on climate comfort and reduction of people’s comfort in various seasons. The present study aims at determining the conditions of climate comfort using Rayman software. In this research,the current status of high-rise building in Janbaz Street of Mashhad and analysis of daily climate data in 2015 including temperature,saturated steam pressure,relative humidity and wind speed is investigated where such data are obtained from the Meteorological Organization of Khorasan Razavi Province. The research method is descriptive — analytical and filed observations as well as site visit were used to collect the data. In view of the population size with 102 subjects selected by random sampling method,the climate characteristics are analysed and climate comfort is estimated and analysed by Rayman software. From among the research findings,the climate comfort in March,April,May and June can be mentioned where such comfort can provided for the citizens through correcting the mass replacement in Janbaz Street.
